You can take these paddle boards on all public area lakes St. Louis county has to offer. If you need suggestions, the owner has multiple drop point locations she is willing to share with renters. These shareable locations range from 3 miles from pick up location to 40 miles depending on the renters wants. Feel free to reach out the owner at any time during your rental to ask for further suggestions of the area to explore.
Our boards are very sturdy High Society boards. Board Dimensions 10' 6" L x 36" W x 6" D. The Board weight is 24.5 pounds. And the Max weight capacity of these boards is 320 pounds. Your rental will also come with a pump, life jacket, paddle.

While we are moving location. Please, reach out to email or phone call/text provided for pick up options.
Handling with care on land is key. It is recommended to not drag these paddle boards across gravel or rocky surfaces as well as not to have weight applied when on the ground. Paddle boards are meant for the water and here they will thrive and can hold your weight if properly cared for. Damage to the paddle board due to negligence and misuse are subject to damage or replacement fees.
Paddleboarding does take some physical activity to be able to balance and advance properly through the water. If unable to kneel or stand up on your board, you are welcome to lay or paddle in a seated position. Please understand this is a sport which does require some level of fitness. Although, paddleboarding can be completed as a leisurely activity as well if you are planning a day to float.
Possibly! Although paddleboarding at your own risk will allow you to challenge yourself. Following the basics for paddleboarding such as beginning in seated position, kneeling and up to standing when feeling stable. Always plan to fall in with attire worn and devices you may be carrying with you onboard.
Wind can put a damper on paddle boarding. I would suggest asking for advice via owner for information on other locations that may be achievable. Mine pits can still be a very enjoyable, clear water area to paddle on a windier day protected from the wind via cliffs and hills.
We do provide life jackets when picking up the paddle boards. We do suggest bringing it along just in case yours is forgotten. Otherwise, while on board feel free to use your own USCG approved proper fitting life jacket.
A half-day or a week rental, while paddling we suggest having the following: water, sunscreen, UV protected clothing as personally needed, device to contact help if needed, water proof container.
The equipment we include: Inflatable stand up paddleboard, paddle, USCG life jacket, whistle, electric pump that plugs into car adapter (or hand pump if asked specifically).
Any vehicle with a little extra room in the back seat or trunk will work great for transportation of the paddle board. The paddle board and its equipment will all be located within a carrier pack that measures about 3'x2'x1'.
We provide an electric pump to make this process a breeze, along with step by step easy to follow instructions for use. As long as your car provides a 12 volt port (cellphone charger, cigarette lighter) the electric pump will work great. Following getting this pump attached to board and plugged into car, enjoy mapping out the lake or packing up while the pump does the work for you. The pump shuts off when the proper PSI has been achieved.
Upon request we do offer the hand pump. Having a hand pump would allow you to transport the paddle board to more remote locations that your car will not be available. Otherwise, if a car 12 volt port is not available this still allows for inflation! Hear, it does take a bit more physical activity to achieve the full PSI that is required for the paddle board to ride smoothly through the water. Step by step instructions will be provided for this.
We do ask that you leave your pets at home. Learning and safety are key to beginning paddleboarding. Pets tend to leave cosmetic damages to the board as well that are subject to be charged per damage fees.
Go ahead! There should be plenty of room on your board for this. Although, carrying cargo does come with a risk of getting water damaged and possibly making paddling a bit more of a challenge. I would suggest a lightweight soft cooler or backpack with use of dry containers for this that cannot get wet (cellphones, cameras, etc)
